Frustrated

By KennyDiamond

Try. Fail to succeed. Try again. Still unsuccessful. Try… again?

When you have failed to complete something, no matter how much you
try, it will frustrate you. This feeling of being discouraged doesn’t
feel all too good. Some can grasp it, others cannot. Some will gladly
progress onto something else and others may develop a lot of anxiety
from it. Regardless, becoming frustrated is something you can alter.
Rather than allowing it to discourage you, take a step back and try to
make sense of it. Instead of feeling as if you have failed, you need
to notice the amount experience you gained. Take water for example. No
matter where it is, it always finds a way to persist. It doesn’t get
frustrated nor does it dwell on the fact that it has been temporarily
stopped because it manages to find a way to continue. It will
evaporate, condense, seep through or overflow. Like the great Bruce
Lee once said:

“Don’t get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it
grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like
water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water
into a bottle, it becomes the bottle; You put it in a teapot, it
becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my
friend.”

Frustration is non-permanent and it can be changed. So how will you continue?

One Love,
@KennyDiamond
