Road to Hip Hop International - Part II

Our routine is finally complete and we're less than a few weeks away
to Hip Hop International. Even with the completion of the routine,
there's still so much that needs to be worked on.

Cleaning some of the sections has helped a lot so far. Our stamina has
gotten stronger within the past few rehearsals. Even still, the power
of this routine can still wear our energy down and at times affects our
performance and execution.

Marc and Roxine recently came down with terrible fevers. And Stephanie
plagued with the stomach flu. I'm convinced that I gave my fever to
Marc and Rox. Even with the sickness the commitment from these guys
are relentless.

Our workout routine prior to dancing has helped us out. I have to
admit doing the workout routine and then going into practice has it's
moments of taking it's toll on us. I know it's left me pretty fatigued
to dance. It can be challenging after a full days work or school, then
have to do this insane work out that leaves everyone drenched in
sweat, and then get into the grind of working and running the routine.
But that's the challenge we've set for ourselves, and it's only made
us stronger. We're not heaving like we were in the first week.
Anything will give way with a persistent relentless attack.

I'm confident we'll all be in good health come the week of HHI. And
the more we do the routine, the stronger we'll get.
